How you can help
Below is a listing of the various ways that you can support and be involved with Care & Love.
Pray
Please pray for the children of Care & Love - that their needs, both physical and spiritual, will be met; that they will grow to be strong and happy individuals and leaders within India; and that their lives will serve as a testimony to Christ's love and faithfulness.
Please also pray for wisdom and guidance for the leaders and supporters of Care & Love.
Volunteer
You can volunteer by dreaming up creative ways to support and raise awareness of Care & Love. There may also be opportunities to visit the home in Hyderabad. If you are interested in volunteering in Hyderabad or getting more involved in the US fundraising programs, please e-mail

Donate
The financial needs of the home are great and any contribution would be much appreciated. The following outline specific initiatives that your money will go towards supporting:
General donation:
This money will be applied to the general needs of the home, as they arise.
Child sponsorships:
We are very much in need of sponsors who will commit to paying for one child's expenses every month. $40 per month covers food, clothing, health insurance, medical expenses, school tuition fees, uniform costs, and miscellaneous education fees for one child. You may also elect to co-sponsor a child for $20 per month. By becoming a sponsor or co-sponsor, you will receive regular updates and personal letters from the child you are supporting. After your initial commitment has been made, we will send you
pictures of and information on the child who you will be sponsoring.
* Please note that the money you donate may be dispersed throughout the home, depending on the number of child sponsorship commitments received. Rest assured that this model reflects the desires of the children; they are truly a family and will happily share with their brothers and sisters.
Van:
Nuthan and the children are in need of safe and reliable transportation. This van would be used primarily to take the children to school and to the hospital, as the need arises, and to collect various local donations; local donors often offer to give food to the children, provided that Nuthan will come to pick it up.
Housing:
Care & Love will soon lose their home, which they have been living in for the past six years. A local woman has offered to donate 2 acres of land to Care & Love, in recognition of all that Nuthan does for the community. Building a new home will require approximately $20,000, which could be paid in installments.
Sustainable Food Program
We are currently seeking to use part of the 2 acres of donated land to plant vegetables and rice, and potentially raise goats and chickens. Any food that the children do not consume will be sold to help cover other expenses of the home.
